What to expect from an assignment

Pre-game coordination
Confirmation of date, location, teams, and any credential or sideline access required by the host school.

On-site coverage
Sideline and field-level photography during the game, with attention to both action and the surrounding moments.

Post-game edit
A curated gallery of edited photos, typically delivered within 48 hours of the final whistle.
How assignments are prioritized
Because North Texas Sports is a small independent operation, not every request can be accepted. Priority generally goes to:- Games submitted well in advance of the season.
- Matchups with regional or playoff significance.
- Schools and programs with established coverage history.
Even if a specific date can’t be covered, submit the request. Alternative dates or nearby games in the same week are often available.
